What to focus on this week

Need a boost for what to focus on this week? 

Here are a few tips:

  • Wake Up early to get your day started

  • Pray / Meditate (phones down until after your morning routine)

  • Get up and move your body for 15 - 20 minutes

  • Grab a journal and Write down 3-5 things you’re grateful for

  • Write down the 1 main goal you want to accomplish this week (declutter your closet, read 10 pages of that book, host that business presentation, get 3 new customers)

  • Write the core things you need to do to support that main goal

  • Get dressed (put on real clothes like you’re going somewhere)

  • Get to work

This is time that has been given back to you!

Before this all happened, most of us were exhausted all the time, needed rest, wished we had more time to get projects done and burned out with all we had lining up on our to do list. 

This is a time of rest, reset and being productive!

Let’s make each day and moment count!

You may not be able to control all that’s going on, but you can control what you do with your time!
