New Year, It's time to Set the Atmosphere!

We’ve officially rung in the New Year and now it’s time to “do” the work!
Today I want to share with you a quick tip on how to set the atmosphere for success in your life.
It’s 1 word…
Declutter!!….
Your environment sets the tone and atmosphere for mental clarity. When your environment is clutter-free, you feel better and inspired to work.
“Physical decluttering is connected to our mental and emotional state!”
If you surroundings are cluttered, then your brain feels cluttered, making it hard to think, plan or be inspired to make the necessary moves for growth in your life.
But when you declutter, you add more room and energy for your brain to feel inspired and creative. So don’t put this off. Let’s get this done NOW so you can float through the beginning of the year, inspired to create the life you desire.
Here’s how to go into this first full week of the New Year:
Make a list of all the areas of your home that need to be decluttered
Decide how much time you can commit to decluttering (it can be 15 minutes per day, or 3 full hours on the weekends)
Set completion dates for each area that needs to be decluttered
Select the area you’re going to start with, and put it on your calendar to get it done this week
When decluttering, ask yourself “Does this bring me joy?”. If all the extra items cluttered in the drawers, cabinets, and shelves of your home don’t bring you joy, get rid of them!
Creating a space and environment that’s filled with things you love and that bring your joy will enlighten you in ways that are good for your mental health!
Commit to doing this and you’ll experience huge shifts in how you show up in the world daily!
